Crafting performance apparel for the competitive athlete requires a relentless pursuit of the best materials and manufacturers. From our silky Italy-made Cotton and Poly fabrics to our fluffy, Swiss-made Wool fabrics, we scour the globe for materials that perform for the garment’s specific function. Our factory relationships are critical – we work tirelessly to find the best global partners and push one another to deliver the highest quality product possible. We work closely with manufacturers in Europe (currently Italy, Poland, Portugal, France, Switzerland, Germany and Spain) and North America (currently Canada and USA). Digital gift cards are available here for EU and US customers. These are delivered by email to the purchasers’ email address shortly after checkout. Coupons will be available along with seasonal promotions.

We know very well how much piece of luck is needed in competitions, we also know that fortune favours the better. Therefore, a four-leaf clover called Quadrifoglio Verde, according to tradition, will be on some clothes as a portafortuna (lucky charm) to help you in the competition, because we believe that faith moves mountains. Shipping & Delivery

Process, fulfill and delivery orders usually takes 2-3 business days from the date of the purchase. Over the next few days, delivery may take up to an extra 5-6 days if we send items during Holiday period of 1st November to 15th January, contrary to the statement made at check-out.

Shipping timelines begin after the fulfillment period ends. Please note that these shipping timelines are only an estimate and that once an order leaves our fulfillment center, there may be carrier or customs delays that are outside our control. Additionally, we are not always able to make address changes after an order is placed, so please be sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Be aware that international shipping may experiencing potentially unexpected delays, which may increase the quoted timeline to receiving a package.

Please note working days are Monday through Friday, excluding local and national holidays.

Shipping is always free unless otherwise stated at checkout. Exact costs depend on order destination and service level. If you would like to get an exact estimate, please build your cart and begin checking out. You may choose your shipping service level and we will provide a quote based on your specifications.

For international orders, please select the applicable country experience in order to see the appropriate currency, duties, taxes, and shipping rates for your destination. This will display all costs at checkout and would not require additional payments. If an order is traveling to an international destination, additional duties, taxes, and fees may be required by shipping carriers in order to release a package. These fees will be the responsibility of the customer in this situation.

Our main shipping partners are DHL and FedEx, where the package is delivered by courier. We also provide the option of delivering the parcel to a parcel locker, if the destination of the parcel allows it.

Yes, we ships internationally. Blandzi ships almost anywhere in the world. Please be sure to select the applicable country experience in order to see the appropriate currency, duties, taxes, and shipping rates for your destination.

Please note that customs, duties, brokerage, and other fees are automatically applied at checkout to orders through international checkout.

Payments

We have provided the option of payment on delivery, by card, SEPA Debit, Bancontact, giropay, iDEAL, Sofort and via Przelewy24, where the BLIK option is available.

Please note that our website also introduces a quick payment method where payment via ApplePay or GooglePay is available.

Your account will not be charged until your order is accepted and shipped. The charge will be in the same currency as the prices you see on the website.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit and debit cards.

Each product in our store is charged to sale tax depending on parcel destination.

Our site features state-of-the-art security systems, offered by Cybersource, to encrypt and protect your payment details. Encryption makes your data illegible to Blandzi and to any third party, guaranteeing the total security of all transactions and of any card data you may wish to save in your account for future purchases.

Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery of your order.

Please note it is not possible to return personalized items, and that exchanges are not possible. Read more information on Terms and Condition of Sale.

To request your return fill in the online Return Form (or log in to your account and click on the “Return this order” link you find in the Orders section).

After filling in the form, please follow these easy steps for returning the purchase to our warehouse:

  1. Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order box. Kindly ensure the products have all their packaging and accessories, that the security tag and seal are intact and that the return box is safely sealed.
  2. Attach the Return Label you received with your parcel to the outside of the box
  3. Take the parcel to the nearest DHL Parcel ServicePoint. You will not be charged for shipping costs. These will only be at your expense if you decide to ship the return with a different shipping company, and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.

Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:

  • The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included – incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted
  • The return must be requested within 14 days from delivery of the order
  • The parcel must be handed to the courier within 14 days from return authorisation
  • The parcel can only be returned from the original shipping Country/Region
  • The products were purchased online on blandzi.com

Gift items can be returned by contacting the person who sent you the gift or, if you prefer, through our Customer Care.

Once we verify the integrity of the items we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take 3 to 5 business days.

The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted through the same payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.

You should see the credit approximately wihin one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on the different banking procedures.

Product & Sizing Information

On the product page or in the footer in the Store section you will find a link to our Size Guide to help you match the size dispayed online to the one you usually wear. Should you have any doubts before you purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@blandzi.com.

Special collection and Fashion Show previews can be available for Pre-Order.

The items you pre-order are reserved for you, and will be shipped out as soon as they are available.
The estimated shipping date is always indicated in the product page, at checkout and in your order details.

Purchasing pre-order items and in-stock items together: If you order products that are already in stock together with pre-order items, we will send you two separare packages.

Pre-orders with different shipping dates: If you purchase more than one pre-order item with different estimated shipping dates, the products may be sent together on the latest date.

In either case, you will only be charged once the items have been shipped. Delivery is always free.

We do our best to restock products as fast as we can. It is typically on a seasonal basis. If we do not have an estimated restocking date for a particular product you can choose to be notified by clicking the “Notify Me” link right below the purchase button. If you sign up to be notified, we will offer early access for you to purchase product before it sells out again.
